Alone at Last

Well the house is empty except for 2 dogs, 1 cat and 1 sicko. I really am sad to be missing Redlands this year but it's going to take some more time before I can be strong again on the bike plus I came down with a monster cold this week. Right now my nose is so raw from the constant tissue use I have decided to just stuff both nostrils full of tissue and breath through my mouth. One of the advantages to being alone in the house is looking like a dork.

The Velo Bella-Kona ladies are set to tear it up at Redlands. The time trial is tomorrow and I can't wait to get the results.
